This studio was meant to re activate a Portland block by proposing a building that incorporates 60 dwelling units, 40,000 sq-ft of office space, 20,000 sq-ft of retail, and a health center. I was familiarized with zoning and high-rise buildings. The studio was taught in conjunction with a course on Living Building Challenge, this building was able to achieve the Petal Recognition.
