I had the pleasure to take this 5 over 2 mixed used building, with 250+ units, from feasibility all the way to a full CD set. From helping with early market studies, and creating unit matrix comparisons, to meeting with the city planning board and taking part in weekly meetings with the owner rep and general contractors, this project was my introduction to larger scale buildings. The amount of lessons I learn from this project are innumerable, however, my biggest take away was learning how to create a solid and efficient Revit template. Although this project had many unique conditions and units, I was able to draft all this while still taking part in the management of the project, thanks to the Revit skills I've develop.
